Has anyone else been through the interview process at PwC PIC for Directors?I had 3 separate PwC interviews, each one with a Partner. The first 2 ended with a positive statement saying I now need to see the next partner. After the 3rd partner meeting which also appeared to end positively I was told by thgeir HR that I was not suitable with next to no feedback at all.PwC is a fantastic firm no doubt but this was particularly frustrating after 3 senior level interviews. Any similar experiences?

Hi. Sorry to hear about your experience. You don't say whether you applied directly or through a headhunter. It is a lengthy interview process including a final panel interview with an independent group of partners.You deserve to receive proper feedback and ought to have done so - it sounds like something went wrong in your case. If you are motivated to do so, it is worth going back to your main partner contact and asking for more detailed feedback. Best of luck in your job-hunting.
