Quality of delivery is determined by amount paid.Bulk of the job depending on how much paid goes to research on competitors, market segmentation, demography, financial analysts (you’d pay an Accountant), etc. If the pay is really good, you my have to send Final draft to an Editor as well.This determines duration as well.
