Hi - some general advice please.I left Accenture last October at consultant level after 3 years in the London C&HT practice. In the 13 months since I have set up a successful online retail startup but am now looking for some more secure employment, and am considering selling the startup to an interested party.I would be interested in returning to consultancy, either to work for a smaller boutique firm or in strategy for a 'big 5' company other than ACN. I am not keen on returning to the ACN lifestyle of ridiculous travel requirements, and would consider applying to industry for business analysis or project management / project assurance roles. I've got various questions such as:- Should I use a recruitment consultancy?- I left ACN on £43k - is it realistic to re-enter consulting at this pay band?- Will my 13 months 'out of the game' work against me, despite the fact that I have been in an environment where I can demonstrate achievements and results?- What is the current recruitment situation like for consultants with my experience levels?Apologies for the 'catch all' nature of this post. Any help at all would be gratefully received.
