Does anyone know the situation of this company in NA, particularly Canada?Are their hiring freezes there? How do they communicate during freezes, and is it still possible to get hired even if there is a freeze, or do they just throw out your application and start the interview process again?

HiFrom my experience in a couple of Consuting companies I have worked with : Yes, It is possible to be hired during a Freeze - The Project Manager just has to make a stronger Business Case than he would usually make and the hiring would be more project-driven than a generic team-driven hiring.
