I got an offer from ATOS Origin which I am really happy about. I am slightly upset with the package they are offering. It is £21000 and based in London. They say that it will be reviewed every six months for the first two years. What sort of increases can I expect? Thanks

HI Mao. Congratulations. I assume that your offer is not in the Consulting business? Starting salaries for the lowest grade is 32k. Atos are pretty true to their word on the salary increases, but how big they are will depend on you. Suggest you go back and ask for a bit more, given the London base - 21k will be touch to live on.

Its for the role within Managed operations. It is a graduate role, i think I will find it hard to live in London for that kind of money. I suppose that they are willing to increase it every 6 months for the first two years so I should be moving up quite quickly I hope. Thanks for your advice

hi well done on getting the job offer !!!No disrespect but 21k for a london salary with a consultancy like atos is an absolute joke. Alot of the consulancies are now paying in excess of 30K AND increases every 6 months. Personally I would look for other offers and keep this offer on the back burner. Hope this helps
