The Manager salary band at Deloitte is at 2 levels: 1. National (ie. London based) between £54k and £66k2. Regional (ie. Manchester, Bath, etc) between £49k and £60k Both levels will have a car allowance/ benefit of £6200. The bonus is calculated if you attain either execeptional performance or signifcantly exceeds expectations as your mid/ end year rating and is in the order of £3k and £5k respectively.Anyone else telling you any different about Deloitte is wrong.

Is that bonus payout a yearly figure as i saw some blah recently (december 04 talent update) which implied that under the old bi yearly regime which ended this Jan, the total payout for an M grade at an EE would have been £4250 in July 04 and £5800 in Jan 05.
