I have a final round assessment for a Change Consulting role at Capgem and was hoping for some tips from people who've been through it. I would guess the interview is pretty standard, but what is the 15 min presentation about? Also, are you expected to present your case study or is it straight into the questioning? Also, do these questions take a particular angle or is it really just probing the rational behind your recommendations? Thanks for the advice.

The case study doesnt seem to be a strict case study format i.e. they dont sit there to discuss with you and you have dont have a chance to ask more questions.
