£35k is a very low estimation. I am a consultant with PA and I'm paid a very reasonable salary. Add on to that the bonus prospects (a substantial part of your salary is made up of bonus) and the fact PA is employee owned, you have the potential to do very well out of PA if you are good and committed. I would like to play down the 'fun' factor at PA. PA are incredibly committed to serving their clients - above all else. And this is taken very seriously. Rather than 'fun', what sets PA apart is that its employees are 'real'people - no egos. All the people that I have met at PA are likeable and approachable, and some have become great friends. Yes, we have a laugh sometimes, but make no mistake - PA is a serious organisation.
