Does anyone know what would be a reasonable salary for someone with 10 experience in industry but no experience in a consulting firm?

There is no set salary but only a range.After you join the company your first evaluation of your performance means a lot. Starting salary should be more or less based on your previous employer's evaluation and reccomendations. Salaries here range from $45K to $80K in NJ. You must touch bases on salary range at interview time. They want to know if you are a hit and run or home body and your goals. Your tip of the tongue answers mean a lot. Hesitating to answer questions relates lack of confidence and knowledge? Be prepared to be put through a lot of questions.Keep abreast as much as you can.
