Hi,I am 10 months into my first consultancy job but I know I wish to move to a different consultancy.Companies such as Accenture will allow you into their graduate scheme provided you have no more 18 months consultany experience.My dilemma is, should I leave pretty soon so I can take advantage of their graduate scheme OR deliberately wait so I can be taken on as a experienced hire.Here are a list of some of the things I have taken into consideration. However, my reasoning is probably messed up. I would like your advice on them please:Training: Better in a graduate scheme. More likely have to learn fast as an Ex. hire?Salary: if I am taken on as a Ex. hire I will earn more?Opportunities: More opp. if you are a grad. Opportunities will be less if you go for ex. hire as they will be more specific?Any thoughts would be appreciated
