Tony, I have a query. I was wondering if you could tell me whether recruitment agencies are useful to graduates looking for graduate entry or whether graduates are better directly applying for graduate schemes. I assume most recruitment agencies are geared towards experienced hires?!

Sasha - that&#39;s correct. Recruitment agencies tend to work with candidates that already have 2+ years&#39; experience, with most firms getting their graduate intake each year through direct applications. Tony
