I am soon to begin working as a public sector consultant and was wondering if anyone could recommend any books on consultancy, or other material, to read before starting?

Hi Dan, would probably depend on the area you&#39;re consulting in e.g. Change, Customer Relationship Management etc.A decent starting point for general consultancy is &quot;Practical Management Consultancy&quot; by Calvert Markham which is recommended by the IMC. Kev
