Have you spoken to Accenture HR in Italy and the UK? I understand FS in Accenture in the UK is expanding quite rapidly. Could you get transferred? It is usually easier to change company from within the the country you want to work in.

In this moment it's "quite" impossible to get transferred. So I have the only choice of changing firm!Can you help me?

In that case, I would advise contacting Deloitte, Cap Gemini and IBM (and probably Atos although I'm not sure what clients they're working with), either directly through their websites or through the recruiters advertising on the Career Opportunities section of Top Consultant.
