Any insights into what a 'Consultant' interview involves. I understand its a couple of interviews followed by a RFB test. Is the atmoshpere relaxed or do you get grilled proper?? How's the test?Also, whats the work culture like at PA? Good clients?; good work-life balance; fun people?Finally, in terms of reputation and prestige, is PA up there with the best? Is it well regarded in the US? Any insights to any of my q's would be great. Thank you.

As someone who has worked for PA Consulting for a year or so, I'd say that they are still a second tier player in the market. The have few blue chip clients, and the work is mainly public sector. However, the culture is great: big emphasis on training, and very friendly compared to other consulting organisations I've worked in (namely Deloitte and IBM)
