A telephone interview with HR first, nice and easy followed by 1 hour face to face, was supposed to meet with the same HR Manager and a Consultant but the head of business development turned up instead of HR. I had to do a PowerPoint presentation for about 15 minutes, followed by a pretty standard interview. A good experience, good luck.
