Hi all, I'm interested in joining a small-medium size global consulting firm that does strategy, and one of these is Spectrum Strategy Consultants. However, their website gives an impression that they are kind of big. Does anyone have a rough idea how big the total global team is in terms of headcount and roughly what kind of revenues they're getting (as big as LEK)? Many thanks.

Why don't you apply to Spectrum anyway. If they contact you positively (ask you for interview), you can always ask these questions at interview, and if they don't fit your aspirations you do not need to take the job!

Hello,if you are interested in joining Spectrum Strategy, ring them up and ask them to send you their yearly brochure/reports. This should have most of the information, including accounts, turnover, number of clients and staff In addition, you can find a lot of details about a company through the library. Other tip, which I have not personally used - find out where the staff hang out, pub near their head office, and see what sort of wibe they give and you can usually chat to them relaxed. Good Luck
