Hi Girija,The choices you've listed are vastly different. Maybe you need to think about what you really want before asking the opinion of others?All the chices have their benfits and drawbacks, except for recruitment consultancy, as its not really a career. Theres very little room for improvement, and its viability is very dependant on the state of the economy. I'd definately get out of recruitment consultancy.

Stay in recruitment. Build up your network of clients. Get on a few preferred supplier list and then watch the money roll in from repeat business. You can rake in 90K a year easy. You wont make that in SAP for 6 years.

90K a year in recruitment? If it's so easy to make so much money quickly, why isn't everyone in recruitment consultancy?
