First telephone interview is generally with an outsourced screening company who ask fairly generic questions. Ask who the call will be with.

It won't be part of the formal recruitment process - it sounds like the Partner wants a pre-process informal chat with you to see if there's a potential fit. Therefore it will be completely up to him/her what gets discussed. Formal interviews, assessment centre etc are much more structured.
