Deloitte's consulting graduate starting Salary is £31500 + £600 benefits. You can take the benefits as cash or spend them on e.g. BUPA, travel insurance, up to 5 days extra holiday, dental insurance. The £600 doesn't buy you much though.You get 25 days holiday and 1 partner day per year. Don't think the pension is that great unless you are over 30.The analyst program is 21 months. You expect a 5% approx payrise after year 1 if you perform well and promotion to consultant after 21months. The starting salary for consultant is 39K (London only).The graduate salary and benefits is 100% non negotiable. I also believe they have cut back on numbers they are recruiting this year and are not allowing defered entry.
