Advice sought on whether Mott MacDonald have a good reputation in the marketplace in terms of pay, culture, projects etc. How would they look on the CV?Advice from all sides gratefully received - existing employees, recruitment consultants, disgruntled employees and Top Consultant.Thanks

Motty Motty Mottmac (although they have now rationalised their previously ridiculous email addresses) are consulting engineers. They are reasonably good at that but ought to stick to it. As a whole, the level of fees earned is poor and they can be rigid on salaries associated with certain grades. This wouldn't necessarily be a major problem if (IF) those salaries were any good
