Hi, I have recently been offered a Senior Consultant" position in Detica.Although, I never heard of the company before,(contacted by the recruitment agency for arranging Interview) after attending three rounds of interviews/interactions, I am left with a good impression about the company/people.The company seems to be a specialist and professional.People(All that I met) seem to be bright. My quick background - I am into IT consulting for past 6 years. My questions - Is Detica a right career move? Does a position of Senior Consultant justify my experience? I also have an offer from Atos Origin(System Integration). While, the package offered by Atos is higher(by about 4.5K) than that of Detica, but the latter promised me a fast career growth.
