Can anyone offer any tips or advice on what to expect in terms of the interview, presentation, and written exercise. I have mine next week in london, anyone else going to it?Please help!

It will be in three parts:1)Values interview with HR - behavioural based questions.2) Presentation to 2 senior consultants - choose one of 5 topics, such as a recent project you were involved in. Benefits to the business, how you managed it. Problems faced, etc etc. You will be give around 1.5 hrs prep time. You will need to present the points on a white board & also give them a max 2000 word summary of the main points on paper.3) Technical interview with a Managing DirectorThis will cover technical questions & you need to demonstrate that you are a good listener!any more questions?

Resol - is this the standard format for all assesment day interviews or are the 5 options different depending on what grade you are applying at and what department you are applying to?

The Atos People and Change practice use a "Values" interview with a recruiter, focusing on the cultural fit stuff. If that goes well they do a case study based presentation to people in the practice and a technical interview.

Thanks Mungojerry, do you currently work for Atos in the P&C practice? Do you have any idea on what type of case studies are used, e.g case study scenarios, types/number of options and what they are looking for in the presentation?much appreciated...
