I have 5 years work history in recruitment/resourcing. This has involved both consultancy work for an executive search firm and also HR and internal recruitment. I also have development experience and various re-structure and role analysis experience. I am due to take an MAHRD this year to add to this and wondered if there is scope for me - or if anyone has already gone into Mgment Consultancy from this kind of background?

i'm in a similar position - 4 years recruitment experince, mainly finding jobs for freelance consultants. more recently in sales for professional services firm, but want to get into actually delivering solutions rather than selling them! Am finding it tough to open doors...am thinking about MBA to make up for lack of experience and to make CV more attractive to Consultancies. Sorry - no advice, but a comment from someone in the same boat!
