I was just wondering what kind of work the Strategy & Operations group at Deloitte Consulting does? Is it more like high-end strategy work like market entry, M&A, corporate strategy etc, or is it more of change management, performance management and process redesign? Or is it a mix of both?One person told me that the only thing that Strat & Ops analysts do is process mapping for technology projects. Is this true? What about prospects of landing a senior role in industry after a few years in Strat & Ops?
