Does Deloitte Consulting provide financial support for Strategy & Operations analysts wishing to pursue MBA's? I know that they have a Graduate School Assistance Program in the US, but what about other countries? I'm particularly interested in the UK and Australian firms.

This is personal experience, so others may feel different. I'd watch company sponsorship of MBA's. My organisation sponsored mine which included golden handcuffs. When my organisation started to get into trouble was trapped with a large debt. Also danger of organisations ignoring you, building frustration as you can't use your new skills etc. I was luckily made redundant so cancelled handcuffs!

I worked for Deloitte in Australia and they "golden handcuffed" my MBA sponsorship too. Similar to the other respondent to your question, the firm then got into trouble (I had to switch partners 3 times in 2 years, because Partners were resigning in droves at that time!), and I got disillusioned. I finally plucked up the courage to leave but things got ugly with the golden handcuffs. I had good memories of most of my years of working there, but this episode left a very sour taste in my mouth.
