Got a job with Impact Plus, but due to a number of admin / geography reasons turned it down - nothing to do with the job or place. Very impressed with them espically the owner / managing partner. Interviews based on role play, but open minded and look at the person not just technical skills. Closed knit organisation due to size value team work.
