So I had my case interview today with Accenture with an MD for 90 mins for a Senior Manager Role. It was a difficult 90 min session with lots of grueling. For some questions I did brilliantly well and the other were a bit of hit and miss. The interviewer in the end said this was just to challenge your thinking and brainstorming, so I dont know how to read that. How much weightage is there for the case interview vs the fit and skills round or is it an elimination round too. What is your experience with case interviews as a final round?
