I would love to hear views on which specialist change management consultancies are considered the best in the UK?

Hi Debra,In the UK, the more renowned Change specialists (with a people focus) are Towers Perrin and Hay Group. There are then a range of smaller boutiques who specialise in different areas of the change management banner - leadership development (Oliver Wyman - old Mercer Delta are good here), hard programme/change management (Big 4, MBBB etc are strong here) and softer behaviour change (lots of small Occ Psychs such as YSC, Kaisen, Kiddy and Partners etc). Hope this helps even though it is a little vague!K

Are MBBB good at programme and change management? Not from what I've seen, too many of them not prepared to roll their sleeves up.That said, they are doing increasing amounts of it and simultaneously eroding their brands by going in to the unglamorous territories of those upon whom they traditionally looked down.
